Your free farm visit is on Day 4, 11 November, with the farm expert, lunch and transport included. Choose one of Kibo Berries: frozen berries and IQF (Moshi DC), Africado Ltd.: avocado farm and exporter (Siha), World Vegetable Center: vegetable genebank (Duluti, Arusha), Burka Coffee Estates: coffee farm visit (Arusha DC) or Rijk Zwaan: seed breeding & multiplication (Arumeru).

Yes, HortiLogistica Africa 2026 is fully open to exhibitors from any country worldwide. International companies looking to enter or expand in African markets are especially welcome.
All packages include shell scheme structure, fascia name board, basic furniture, and power supply. Standard and Premium packages include additional branding, storage, more exhibitor badges, and dedicated support. Full details are sent with your pricing proposal.

Payment is split into two instalments. An initial deposit of 70% of the total stand fee is due within 14 days of signing your exhibitor agreement to secure your booth. The remaining 30% balance is due 21 days after the initial deposit. Full payment details are confirmed in your exhibitor agreement.
Booth spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend applying early to secure your preferred size and location in the exhibition hall.
Yes. All confirmed exhibitors are listed on the official HortiLogistica Africa website and featured in pre-event marketing communications sent to our global visitor database.
